Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods.

• Experience with GMP and sanitation procedures.
• Accurate documentation (HACCP – CTS) and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Review information from the previous shift (issues, setup).
• Monitor the slicer infeed to prevent jams.
• Pack product into baskets per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per GMP practices.
• Fill out required documentation accurately (HACCP – CTS).
• May train on a different shift if required.
