Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in makeup and packaging positions based on operational needs.
• Rack and unrack products to support production flow.
• Operate bagger and Kwik Lok equipment.
• Monitor packaging quality and product codes.
• Follow code boards and CTS requirements for labeling and traceability.
• Set up ovens and proofers as required.
• Follow recipe specifications and procedures to ensure quality.
• Identify and communicate production or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and safe work practices.
• Work overtime to support operations.
• Collaborate with bakery supervision and plant teams.
