Sam's West, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Bakery/Packager to prepare fresh baked items daily by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise for our members. You will help with bakery orders, assist members, and maintain a clean, organized area.

The role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing member satisfaction. You will engage with members using handheld devices to drive sales and uphold product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wrapping, labeling, storing per policies; ensures food safety and inventory management.

• Be an Owner: Maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and date control; secures fragile and high-shrink items; eliminates waste; assists members with purchases.
