Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a Bakery/Packager associate to prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness for members.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and assist members with bakery orders while maintaining a clean, ready-to-serve area. You will juggle multiple tasks, stay focused on member satisfaction, and leverage handheld tech to support production decisions and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team; supporting the needs of the business.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing according to policies; ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; supports training and product quality decisions.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area, ensures quality and date control, minimizes waste, assists members with purchases, and ensures proper packaging and labeling.
