Job summary

South Jersey Bakery LLC, headquartered in Paulsboro, NJ, is a wholesale provider of a wide range of bakery products. As a Production Worker, you are primarily responsible for mixing, quality checks, filling, and packing product in accordance with process and quality standards to meet the production schedules assigned.

You will start up and shut down lines, document batch sheets and CCP forms, maintain 5S cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and support GMPs and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down production line.
• Document Batch Sheets and CCP forms.
• Minimize downtime and prepare for next batch.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness on line and area.
• Follow safety procedures and report injuries.
• Support quality, food safety, and TPM programs.
• Adhere to GMPs.
• Participate in TPM initiatives.
• Follow company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
