Job summary

White Castle is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Bakery to lead production, safety, and training efforts. You will oversee bun production, ensure quality and cost efficiency, and manage scheduling and inventory across the plant.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, bakery knowledge, and a commitment to safety and GMPs. Candidates must be flexible for various shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience; White Castle experience preferred.
• Experience in baking industry preferred.
• Supervise bun production to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Training and development of production personnel on safety and functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations in Bakery to meet efficiency and quality targets.
• Coordinate scheduling for production and personnel.
• Maintain inventory control of produced goods and raw materials.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance across the plant.
• Train and develop staff in equipment operation and GMPs.
• Adjust production plans to meet orders and inventory needs.
