White Castle is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Bakery production operations in Kentucky. The role involves supervising bun production, training staff, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and equipment performance, with responsibilities across safety, training, and process improvement. The position requires adaptability to shifts and a focus on cost-effective production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience; White Castle experience preferred.
• Bakery/food production supervision experience is preferred.
• Supervise bun production to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Provide training on safety, GMPs, and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate production to meet orders and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bun production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train and develop production staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate plant production with schedules and inventory control.
• Maintain OSHA safety training files and safety inspections.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Adapt to shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate or supervise operation of equipment and forklifts as needed.
