Job summary

White Castle is seeking a Production Lead Operator to support the Operations Supervisor and Plant Manager in producing quality baked White Castle buns. This role emphasizes safety and leadership within the production team, with occasional coverage of other operator positions as needed.

Two shifts available: 2nd shift 3pm-1am and 3rd shift 10pm-8am. You will work under the supervision of the Plant Manager, using ERP/WMS to track finished goods, and ensure HACCP, SSOP, and GMP compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in baking industry preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixer to produce dough for buns.
• Operate extruder for dough pieces.
• Perform quality inspections of production.
