Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 50 lb. flour bags as needed.
• Able to follow recipes, pick lists, and SOPs accurately.
• Able to complete production and quality documentation on time.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to food safety.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough batches according to recipes, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient sequencing to meet quality standards.
• Support production flow by ensuring timely dough availability.
• Verify ingredient accuracy, lot numbers, weights, and handling procedures.
• Document batch records and enter data into SAP systems.
• Maintain clean, organized mixing, ingredient, and storage areas.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety requirements are met.
