Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Indianapolis is seeking a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to direct the team and daily bakery operations. You will drive guest experience, cake production, product presentation, and P&L management while fostering a warm, joyful environment for guests.

You will recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members, lead scheduling, inventory, and community engagement efforts to grow sales and profitability for the NbC brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Strong ability to lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory and schedules, and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Directs team and bakery operations to ensure guest experience and cake quality.
• Lead opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Manage special order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
• Set weekly sales goals, production plans and staff scheduling.
• Control labor, COGS, maintenance and supplies to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate local marketing and community engagement.
