Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, drive daily production, and ensure top-notch product quality and customer service. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and displays, while upholding safety and sanitation standards across the department.

You will coach and evaluate team members, participate in performance reviews, and collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with at least 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Demonstrate dependable work ethic and flexible scheduling.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle phones and take special orders.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
• Knowledge of margin, sales reports, and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery output, production, and product displays.
• supervise quality, inventory, and bakery budget adherence.
• Assess operations to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, storage and rotation of items.
• Lead staff through coaching, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Coordinate store meetings and collaborate with the Store Manager.
