Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee the bakery department, ensuring high-quality produkts, safe handling, and efficient operations. You will manage daily baking output, inventory control, displays, and budget adherence, while coaching staff and driving sales.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with store leadership, and maintaining Sprouts standards across safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take directions in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping and sanitation of the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output, baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity per standards.
• Plan and order to maximize sales and gross profit; build displays and manage inventory.
• Recruit, hire, promote or transfer decisions in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.
