Responsabilidades

• Directs and controls the Bakery Department to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Oversees baking, decorating, slicing and packaging of bakery items.
• Maintains inventory; monitors logs, reports and records daily activity.
• Ensures product quality, sanitation, safety and compliance with standards.
• Trains and develops department staff; assigns schedules and duties.
• Engages customers, promotes specials, and supports loss prevention efforts.
