Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Must complete the in‑house forklift‑training program (this is a job specific requirement).

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, change pricing, and perform department tasks as needed.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, bake goods, label baked goods, and stock display cases.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, clean display cases, and maintain fresh goods in cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
