Qualifications

• 2 years bakery management experience.
• Ability to manage budgeted sales, gross profit, labor and CTO.
• Food Handlers Certificate provided at store level.

Responsibilities

• Provide amazing customer service.
• Perform all aspects of bakery duties.
• Trains and develops bakery team.
• Promotes and supports established programs.
• Follows Health Code guidelines and store policies.
• Maintains sanitation program and cleanliness.
• Oversees stock levels and inventory management.
• Ensures safety policies are followed.
