Niemann Foods in Monmouth, IL is seeking a Baker to support the Bakery Manager in delivering high quality fresh baked goods and executing baking plans. You will prep, proof, bake a wide variety of breads, sweets and specialty items, reading recipes and working with standard bakery equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some food service experience, with strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
