The Assistant Operations Supervisor is responsible for production, shipping, and sanitation operations of the White Castle Bakery during the absence of the Operations Supervisor and/or QA Sanitation Supervisor. This person will typically work during different hours than the Operations Supervisor for the purpose of having adequate management coverage during plant operations. The duties include, but are not limited to, human relations, quality assurance, safety, sanitation, scheduling (production and team members), training and development of team members. Assistant Operations Supervisors are expected to uphold and demonstrate the Company’s Core Values. What We’re Looking For
