Job summary

White Castle in Evendale, OH is seeking a Sanitation/Production Operator to maintain a clean, pest-free facility compliant with FDA regulations and to produce quality baked buns. You will operate equipment, follow safety procedures, and support QA/Sanitation teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of HACCP/GMPs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime and various shifts. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Know how equipment operates and function efficiently in production line positions.
• Good interpersonal and human relations skills with positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge, training, and experience with production, sanitation, quality, and safety.
• Must have good verbal & communication skills, team oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Understand and follow safe lifting practices and safety rules.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMPs and FDA regulations.
• Able to complete on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment according to SOPs.
• Responsible for facility cleaning including equipment, floors, walls, and overheads.
• Handle, mix, and use chemicals per label directions and SDS sheets.
• Conduct and document pest control checks.
• Maintain dough quality and safety to produce buns.
• Ensure dough pieces are properly panned and defect-free.
• Bag and box baked buns for shipment and palletizing.
• Enter finished product data into WMS and barcode products.
