Job summary

The Assistant Bakery Manager at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery will partner with the Bakery Director in Tarboro, NC to oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience leading Value Stream Managers and production teams.
• Experience with TPM and preventive maintenance programs.
