Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3 Bakery- Mixer Operator for the 2nd Shift at our Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and adjust automated mixing and production equipment to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards while supporting production efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, the ability to follow recipes and schedules, and a commitment to teamwork and safe operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and product manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow production schedules, procedures, and recipes.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust mixing and production equipment to meet quality and specs.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime and maintain flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and equipment documentation.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and workplace safety compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary production areas and equipment.
