Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3 Bakery- Mixer Operator for the Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and adjust automated mixing and production equipment to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards, supporting production efficiency and reducing downtime.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and a strong focus on quality. This is a 2nd shift position with weekend availability and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and product manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow production schedules, procedures, and recipes.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust mixing and production equipment to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance to support food safety and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary production areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and operational goals.
