This 1st shift runs 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; weekend availability required. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00-$21.25 with a focus on accuracy, inventory control, and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and written procedures precisely.
• Ability to lift and dump up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic computer or data entry for production records.
• Capability to work safely under GMP and sanitation standards.
• Reliable attendance for 1st shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scale, and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes, time, and temperature specs.
• Monitor dough consistency, texture, and temperature to meet product specs.
• Control ingredient usage, inventory accuracy, and lot traceability per pick lists.
• Operate Rheon Line capacity limits to support efficient downstream processing.
• Document mixing data and complete production and inventory records (MOVEX).
• Keep mixing, ingredient, and cooler areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Report any potential contamination or irregularities to maintain food safety.
