Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is looking for a Training Coordinator to create and sustain a standardized on-the-job training certification program across bakery operations. This role will involve frequent travel and collaboration with various teams to ensure manufacturing best practices are followed.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing training. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual bonus and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and training role preferred.
• Hands-on experience writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work flexible schedules when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for adult learning.
• Work with bakeries to implement the OJT program.
• Host Train-the-Facilitator sessions to certify Training Coordinators.
• Engage directly on the bakery floor for OJT execution.
• Manage skills development with bakery leadership.
