Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams and operations in retail, hospitality or food service.
Experience in hiring, developing teams, and achieving financial objectives.
Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels, and team schedules.
Food safety training or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Directs team and day-to-day bakery operations to ensure guest experience and quality.
Open/close bakery, balance cash drawer, process deposits.
Manage special orders and large accounts, schedule, and inventory controls.
Maintain standards in product, service, environment, and merchandising.
Control costs, payroll, and reporting; perform basic accounting duties.
