Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Takes customer orders and decorates cakes and bakery products.
• Manages inventories and oversees ordering to meet demand and drive profits.
• Schedules bakery staff and conducts training and performance reviews.
• Develops merchandising plans and monitors pricing and production levels.
