Compensation Details

• Base Pay: $20.00 per [hour/year], based on experience
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On: Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp: $[__] - $[__] per year, including bonus potential
