85°C Bakery Cafe in Northridge, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the storefront and kitchen during your shift, delivering a memorable guest experience and setting the tone for the team. It’s a hands-on leadership role and the first step on our management path.

The Role

Details

• Base Pay
  $21.00– $21.50per [hour], based on experience
• Performance Bonus
  Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On
  Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp
  $[__] – $[__] per year, including bonus potential

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
