Job Details: Level: Management. Job Location: Aurora CO, 80014. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour. Travel Percentage: None. Job Shift: Any. Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
• Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
• Strong organizational, communications, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
