Cincy Donuts CML seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep bakery production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and preventive maintenance to support daily production.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and communicates well with production and sanitation teams. Bakery experience preferred; 2nd shift, full-time with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and diagnostic gear.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Ability to perform essential duties around production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Follow specified maintenance procedures to repair machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and suggest updates to schedules.
• Adjust devices and control instruments as needed.
• Install parts in devices and machines as required.
• Lubricate and clean components.
• Test devices to verify performance.
• Set up and operate metalworking tools and welders to fabricate parts.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and equipment.
• Attend specialized equipment training as required.
