Job summary

Clyde’s Donuts is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our Glendale Heights facility. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production, packaging, and facility systems.

You will work on heating, refrigeration, conveyors, and related components, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to troubleshoot malfunctions and solve practical problems under time constraints.
• Able to read, interpret, and follow complex work instructions and diagrams.
• Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, boilers and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls, motors, conveyors, and related systems.
• Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules and work orders in MVP One.
• Install new electrical and mechanical equipment as directed.
• Maintain organized maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
