Job summary

Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep production running smoothly on the floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical skills and a collaborative approach to working with production and quality teams. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to line-down calls and troubleshoot production equipment.
Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery.
Diagnose PLC issues (limited programming required).
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
