Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Georgia manufacturing operations. You will identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects, lead maintenance efforts, and ensure preventative maintenance plans are followed to minimize downtime.

Requirements include 5+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance, a forklift license or training within 90 days, HACCP certification, and strong English skills (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
• Must read, write and speak English (Spanish preferred).
• Must complete HACCP Certification.
• Must have Forklift License or complete training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
• Lead maintenance for assigned area teams to support line teams.
• Complete preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Participate in root cause analysis for equipment/process failures.
