Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Baton Rouge is seeking a Lead, Maintenance Technician to design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair and install bakery equipment across a distribution facility. This role supervises maintenance staff and ensures safety while working with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC systems.

You will train team members, coordinate with other departments, and maintain logs as you help develop preventative maintenance plans to support reliable production.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and/or technical training in a skilled trade.
• Experience with industrial equipment and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and install bakery machinery and equipment.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance.
• Train maintenance team members and assign work when the manager is absent.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule maintenance and update logs.
• Develop Preventative Maintenance Plans to support best practices.
