Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects across our Georgia facilities. You will lead maintenance efforts for assigned teams, complete preventive maintenance plans, and support RCA studies to improve reliability.

Required are 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree, HACCP certification, and a forklift license (or training within 90 days). Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
Must read, write and speak English; Spanish skills are a plus.
Must have HACCP certification and forklift license or complete training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
Participate as a Maintenance Lead for assigned area teams to support Line Centric Teams.
Complete Preventative Maintenance Plans to minimize downtime.
Participate in RCA on equipment failures to suggest corrective actions.
Train operators on maintenance techniques and troubleshoot equipment.
Document maintenance work in CMMS and support PM programs.
