Job summary

Atlanta Cheesecake Company is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support our Georgia-based dessert manufacturing facility. You will identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects, lead maintenance activities, and execute preventative plans to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree, proficiency with CMMS, and the ability to read schematics. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish helpful.
Must complete HACCP Certification.
Forklift license or training within 90 days of hire.
Ability to measure with calibrated tools and select right tool based on accuracy.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
Participate as a Maintenance Lead for assigned area teams to support Line Centric Teams.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Plans to minimize downtime.
Contribute to RCA on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Train operators on maintenance techniques and troubleshooting.
Document all maintenance work in CMMS and support PM programs.
