Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to elevate our manufacturing operations in Georgia. You will identify and repair defects in electrical and mechanical systems, lead maintenance in assigned teams, and complete preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial mechanics, HACCP certification, and forklift readiness. A two-year technical degree is preferred, with English proficiency essential and Spanish a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish skills are a bonus.
• Must complete HACCP Certification and have forklift certification or training plan.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic PC skills.
• AIB Bakery Equipment training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
• Lead maintenance in assigned area teams to support line cells.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance Plans to reduce downtime.
• Contribute to RCA and provide corrective action insights.
• Document all maintenance in the CMMS and support PM programs.
