Job summary

Lone Star Bakery, Inc is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on processing equipment, conveyors, ovens, and packaging lines, and to diagnose and assist in troubleshooting robotic systems.

Two to three shifts available; candidates should have 2-5 years in industrial maintenance, be able to read electrical diagrams, and be comfortable with safety standards such as GMP and OSHA.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or automation.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical/pneumatic flow charts.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work with safe lifting procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on processing equipment, conveyors, ovens, and packaging lines.
• Diagnose malfunctions in automated systems and assist in troubleshooting.
• Program and modify robotic systems and VFDs using HMIs and interfaces.
• Mentor teammates in mechanics, fluid power, and electrical controls.
