Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production and utility systems. You will drive preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and lead continuous improvement to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidates have extensive maintenance leadership experience in an industrial food or bakery setting, with strong PLC/automation skills and a commitment to GMP and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial food or bakery environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background with PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team across production, utilities, and packaging areas.
• Oversee PMs, work orders, and maintenance projects using the CMMS.
• Write shift reports detailing daily activities and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to enhance troubleshooting skills.
