Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to help produce high quality bakery items. You will safely operate machinery, package products, mix ingredients, and move materials on the production floor.

You must be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends and holidays in a warm environment. English communication is required. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing; food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle pans/containers.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a warm environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery and monitor production.
• Package products and prepare items for shipment.
• Mix ingredients and move/materials around the production floor.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards.
