Job summary

Europastry USA is seeking an experienced Operation Line Technician for the 1st shift (7 AM to 3 PM) at our New Jersey facility. You will evaluate, optimize and diagnose line processing flow, supervise line operations and train colleagues to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities include quality assurance, basic PM inspections, and collaboration with teammates to maintain safety and GMP compliance. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food manufacturing environment.
• Training in general safety and quality awareness is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor multiple machines to meet product specs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure clean and safe work area and proper machine operation.
