Job summary

Europastry USA in New Brunswick, NJ invites a motivated Operation Line Technician for the 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM). You will monitor and optimize line performance, operate and maintain equipment, train staff, and ensure consistent product quality per specifications.

You will perform inspections, routine maintenance, and communicate production issues to supervisors while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and safety policies. This role requires teamwork and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing line experience in food industry.
• Bilingual preferred; English verbal and written communication required.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and safety regulations.
• Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of multiple machines and product quality per specs.
• Perform inspections and minor mechanical tasks.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance per PM charts.
• Identify line bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Maintain productivity logs and observe production schedule.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMP regulations.
