Farmshop leads a bakery operation in Marin, seeking an experienced baker who will oversee and manage all aspects of the production of bakery items in line with our quality, cleanliness and sanitation standards. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you will drive consistency and efficiency across the morning bake and pastry programs.

The role requires at least 5 years in kitchen prep, pastry and bread production, plus 2 years in kitchen management.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in kitchen prep, pastry production and bread production.
• At least 2 years in kitchen management.
• Must communicate in English.
