Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, fry, and assemble department products to fill orders daily.
• Lead bakery clerks, provide guidance, and ensure department standards.
• Check freshness, manage production and future orders, and track stock.
• Maintain proper sanitation and operate bakery equipment safely.
• Review signage, label accuracy, and follow department guidelines.
• Write the department schedule and ensure coverage in the Manager's absence.
