Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator, Bakery‑ Ingredient Prep at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will assist the Lead Mixer by accurately scaling, preparing, and mixing ingredients according to recipe specifications to ensure dough quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment or transferable production skills.
• Ability to lift and dump up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Basic computer or data entry skills for production documentation.
• Ability to work safely while following GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Reliable attendance for 1st shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scale, and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes, time, and temperature specifications.
• Monitor dough consistency, texture, and temperature to ensure product characteristics.
• Control ingredient usage, inventory accuracy, and lot traceability per pick lists and specifications.
• Operate within Rheon Line capacity limits to support efficient downstream processing.
• Document mixing data accurately and complete production and inventory records (MOVEX).
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized mixing, ingredient, and cooler areas.
• Support food safety, quality, legality, and security by reporting issues immediately.
