The role requires hands-on maintenance, safe shop practices, and adherence to environmental and company policies to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, lubrication, and equipment diagnostics, with opportunities for professional growth and on-the-job training.

Formación

• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties assigned by management and adhere to attendance policies
• Possess or attain licenses required by municipal/state agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and related equipment
