Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Tyler, TX to ensure optimal bakery equipment performance. The role requires technical acumen, willingness to rotate assignments, and ongoing training to keep up with evolving equipment and performance standards.

You will climb ladders, handle lifting up to fifty pounds, and work with boilers, refrigeration components, and other machinery. The position includes a competitive salary, benefits, and a path for professional growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus.
• 1+ years of experience as a technician.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage and general shop practices.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify wear and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies including EEO, Harassment, Safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
