Qualifications

• Technical mindset and mechanical aptitude essential for rotating bakery environments.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to twenty feet, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with machinery maintenance and preventive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate safe work habits and proper tool usage in maintenance tasks.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify wear and replace drive and conveyor components.
• Utilize SAP for parts checkout, reporting and data entry.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and comply with company policies.
• Fulfill work schedules and attendance rules as assigned.
