Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Howell Township, NJ is hiring a Guest Services Representative. You will greet guests, help them choose the right cakes for celebrations, and process orders at the counter or via phone. You’ll promote NbC products and promotions while maintaining a welcoming, joyful store atmosphere.

You'll work on a flexible schedule, enjoy training, and contribute to a fun, community-focused bakery team. Prior experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience is a plus.
• Must be able to greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and assist with orders.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean and organized bakery presentation and displays.
• Assist with packaging and decorating as needed.
