Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive sales in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will oversee cake production, merchandise presentation and overall store performance, while building a strong team culture and community presence. The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a dedication to Joyful baking experiences.

• Understands basic retail math and P&L principles.
• Ability to interpret and analyze business data and act on it.
