Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Columbus is seeking a General Manager to lead the bakery operations, oversee cake production, guest experience, and brand presentation. You will direct daily activities, manage the team, and ensure profitability while delivering high-quality cakes and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/foodservice, strong P&L understanding, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Understands basic retail math and P&L principles, including levers that drive sales and profitability.
• Has the ability to interpret and analyze business and financial data, identify strengths and opportunities, and determine actions.
• Leads with a guest-focused mindset and communicates effectively in writing and orally, to empower a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct team and day-to-day bakery operations.
• Oversee guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and superior service.
